🌐 Splashtop.com: A Redesign That Elevated the Entire Brand

Shortly after joining Splashtop, I led a full redesign and platform migration of Splashtop.com—transforming it from a rigid, outdated system into a modern, high-converting, component-based experience. The new site launched in December 2022 and went on to influence design across the company.

🎯 The Challenge
The original site was inflexible and out of step with the needs of a fast-moving SaaS business. It wasn’t built with components, was difficult to update, and lacked the structure to support scalable performance marketing or SEO.

We needed a site that could drive trial signups, improve user experience, and serve as the design anchor for a global brand.

🛠 The Strategy
We migrated to Contentful, enabling modular content management and faster page creation. My strategy prioritized:

  • Transactional UX: Clearer conversion paths and simplified flows to get users into trials faster.

  • Design Consistency: A refreshed aesthetic that became the template for all other brand touchpoints.

  • SEO Foundation: Faster load times, cleaner code, and better technical infrastructure to support growth.

🤝 My Role
I owned the full website strategy—defining the architecture, setting design direction, and collaborating with developers and creatives through every phase. This wasn't just a facelift; it was a structural overhaul that unlocked better marketing execution company-wide.

💡 Takeaway
Your website isn’t just a destination—it’s your most important product.
Build it right, and everything else clicks into place.
